1. Rental Agreement

  By renting from Shree Decor and Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All rentals are subject to availability and require advance booking.

  A valid government-issued ID and contact information are required for all rental self pickup transactions.

2. Booking and Payment

• ✦

  A 40% advance payment is required to confirm your booking on orders above $100.

• ✦

  The remaining 60% must be paid while returning the rented items in case of self-pickup. In case of delivery services, remaining amount needs to be paid once items are picked up after end of rental period.

• ✦

  A refundable security deposit may be required for certain items.

3. Delivery and Setup

  Garage Delivery/Pickup Only: Services are limited to garage delivery or pickup.

• ✦

  Delivery and pickup charges are calculated based on distance and item quantity.

• ✦

  Multiple Items: For orders with multiple items, delivery charges may vary based on the complexity of the items.

4. Rental Period

  Standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise specified.

• ✦

  Late returns may incur additional charges at our standard daily rate.

• ✦

  Extended rental periods must be arranged and paid for in advance.

5. Care and Responsibility

  You are responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear.

  Any damage or loss will be charged to the customer.

• ✦

  Items must be protected from weather and environmental damage.

• ✦

  Do not attempt repairs or modifications to rented items.

6. Liability

Shree Decor and Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the rental period. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe use of all rented equipment. We recommend having appropriate insurance coverage for your event.
